SPEED LIMITS
We have had complaints from local residents and dog walkers that traffic driving up Sandy Lane and St. Catherines Hill Lane is travelling too fast. Please moderate your speed.

VCR Bill
From October 1st all references in legislation to the age of seventeen in regard to air weapons will change to eighteen, including:

From October 1st it will be an offence for anybody under 18 to purchase or hire an air weapon or ammunition for an air weapon.
- From October 1st it will be an offence to sell or let on hire an air weapon or ammunition for an air weapon to a person under the age of 18.
- It is also an offence for someone to carry an air weapon (cased ) without being accompanied by someone over 21

Subscribe to the Electronic Club Magazine.
Do you want to save a bit of paper, ease your posties aching back or simply be able to read and store copies of the club magazine on your computer? If you answered yes to any of the above then just follow theses steps:

- Put "Electronic Club Mag" in the subject line
Put:

- Your club number
In the body text and send it.
We will then email you a link when the magazine is published and you can download it at your leisure. The email address you use to subscribe will be the one we send the download link to. It will be in .PDF format so you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available for free on the web.
By selecting this method of receiving your magazine you will be taken off the mailing list for the paper version thereby saving the club some money on postage and printing.
Those who have already subscribed to this method on the forum do not need to reapply as they will automatically go on the list.

CGC Forum
I have set up a forum for club members to air their views and put forward suggestions to improve the club, ask other members for help with technical issues and generally have a chat. You will have to register to use it and only club members will be allowed to register. The forums will be private and only registered users will be allowed to see any of the discussions. When you register, your account will be activated when your status as a club member has been verified; to speed up the verification process please register using you real name. Be patient as the verification process may take a few days.
The forums will be moderated, foul language will not be tolerated nor 'flaming' of other users - robust opinions are always welcome
